The following info is from the Cineform blog; it details what you need to change to move your color database to a custom location- for easier sharing, backup, organization etc.

Moving First Light color databases between PC and Mac

Currently (Jan 2010) only the PC version of First Light has support for exporting and importing color databases, allowing projects to be managed over separated systems.  The same can be done between Macs and from Mac to PCs, by copying particular folders from one system to another — all data structures are fully compatible.

All color databases for the Mac are store at:

/Library/Application Support/CineForm/LUTs

For the PC, the registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CineForm\ColorProcessing\LUTPath

points the base directory for the databases, commonly “C:\Users\Public\CineForm\LUTs” (Vista, Win7)  or
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\CineForm\LUTs” (XP)

The database or project name a folder within this directory on both platforms. To copy the default directory “db”, simple copy the folder “db” from Mac to the PC, or visa versa (do not delete the old data, so projects can merge.)  If you need to move 3D looks simply copy all the .cflook files from the directory above.
